OLIV Ensures Deportation of New Controller of President Commissioner Will Not Disrupt Operations.
PT Oscar Mitra Sukses Sejahtera Tbk (“OLIV” or “the Company”) hereby provides an official clarification regarding the news concerning the deportation of its
New Controller of President Commissioner, Mr. An Shaohong.
The Company confirms that it has no knowledge of and is not involved in any cases or matters currently faced by Mr. An Shaohong, either in Indonesia or in the People's Republic of China (PRC). The Company also states that the events faced by Mr. An Shaohong have no impact whatsoever on the Company's operations, performance, or business continuity. The Company's business and operational activities will continue to run normally.
All ongoing business activities and the Company’s obligations to customers and shareholders continue to run without disruption.
The operational management team remains in full control and is able to carry out all Company activities as normal.
In line with good corporate governance, New Controller of OLIV will soon process the replacement of its President Commissioner, which will be carried out through corporate mechanisms in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The Company will announce the replacement once the process is complete.
OLIV’s New Controller Management assure that the Company’s operational conditions remain stable and unaffected. The replacement process for the New Controller of President Commissioner is being conducted in compliance with prevailing regulations to ensure the continuity of supervisory functions.
